4. The Best Technicians in the Field:

Our installations are executed by our own certified employee installers, not outsourced subcontractors. These professionals are highly trained, fully insured, and dedicated solely to the art of holiday lighting installation. No landscapers, power washers, or HVAC techs here – only focused experts who have one job, to install your lights. Our employees enjoy a living wage, full benefits, a pretty darn good retirement plan, plenty of paid time off, and company vehicles.  All of which is quite expensive, but we expect the best, so we give the best.

5. Maintenance and Warranty:

We don’t just install and walk away; we’re invested in the enduring brilliance of your holiday lighting. Our commitment extends with complimentary yearly maintenance visits during the first decade. Additionally, our industry-leading 10-year warranty covers both parts and labor, assuring you of the longevity and reliability of our work. With Mountain Top Lighting, your investment is safeguarded for a decade of luminous celebrations.

We do not offer discounts of any kind.

We do not offer discounts of any kind. We do not negotiate final pricing. You can rest assured that the price you get is the lowest possible, and there is no need to barter, bicker, or haggle.

In this industry, some professional lighting companies may offer discounts during the spring and summer months to generate additional business, or create a sense of urgency to buy the product during the time of year when most are not considering permanent holiday lighting. However, for Pricing at Mountain Top Lighting, we believe that quality should never be compromised for the sake of discounts. We don’t need to offer discounts because our reputation for delivering exceptional service and support speaks for itself. Our integrity, precision and care do not falter because we are not as busy as during the winter months. We take pride in providing our customers with the best possible service and value, and we believe that our pricing reflects that commitment to quality.

We understand that some customers may ask for senior citizen discounts, military discounts, first responder discounts, or friends and family discounts. While we have a deep respect for these members of the community and the services they provide or have provided, it costs our company the same amount to deliver our service to those customers as it does with anyone else. As such, we cannot discount our services for some people and not others. If we are able to provide our services at a lower cost, we would be doing it for all.

Offering discounts may seem like a good deal, but it can actually have negative consequences for both the customer and the company. Discounts can create an unstable view of our company and leave one wondering if they got the best possible price. It can also give the impression that our prices are inflated during busy seasons, making the customer feel like they are being taken advantage of, and of course, we will never lower the quality of our products or installation to justify a bad deal, or a promised discount.

We believe that it’s important for our customers to know that they are always getting the best possible price for the enhanced service we provide. By maintaining consistent pricing throughout the year, we ensure that our customers receive fair and transparent pricing for our services. Our costs stay constant all year long, and as such our prices stay the same.

At times we offer promotional giveaways or free products, this may be due to overstock, temporarily lower product costs, or because we think it will add that perfect touch to a beautiful lighting system. This should not be considered a discount, and is most likely due to circumstances beyond our control, or we may have a limited amount of the product to be given away. You can always ask if we are doing any giveaways at the moment.  We love giving stuff away, and we’ll always do it if we can.
